LifePrep is a program that helps students with intellectual and developmental disabilities attend college classes for credit or audit. 

For this program, I help manage the mentors - student workers that apply and get approved to work with the LifePrep Students.

I use Homebase to schedule shifts and track mentor work hours.

I also provide 1:1 training for mentors on boundaries and professionalism in the classroom, while working with students.

Onboarding: new applications that come in - I see new hires through the process of applying: keeping track of their progress, reaching out if updates are needed and informing them that they are ready to work

I collaborate with my supervisor to provide all mentor trainings that cover similar topics  and team building exercises.
